Can you ship to my location and who is sending my parcel?
We partner with EasyParcel Malaysia for our shipment processes. EasyParcel Malaysia covers shipments to West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Labuan too. The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and your location.
Yes, we do ship worldwide. The shipping method is provided by our shipping providers for international shipping. The shipping rates and estimated delivery time will vary according to the destination and weight for international shipping. Malika Rose is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility (tariffs, taxes).
When will I get my parcel?
We share your excitement for you to receive your parcel. It takes us about 2-3 business days to process your orders. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, though.
Delivery delays can occur if our partners experience high demands during sales, promotions and festivities. Again, we thank you for being patient with us.
What about my shipment confirmation & order tracking?
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You may refer to the tracking number provided by the courier provider to track your parcel. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
What happened to my parcel?
Telekung Malika Rose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Tip: Do save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
